Wash hands upon entrance.
We will conduct a temperature check upon entrance— must be below 100.4°F.
Please refrain from scheduling an appointment if you have symptoms of illness/COVID-19, or if you have been in contact with anyone who has symptoms of illness or contracted COVID-19.
All customers must read the details of their desired service prior to booking to ensure you are booking the correct service. Please understand that prices and duration are subject to change as a result of styling, hair density, and length. A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. The deposit balance will display prior to confirmation, and the remaining balance will be paid at the time of your scheduled service. After booking your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your appointment. If you schedule for the wrong date and time please contact us.
A $15 late fee will be imposed after 10 minutes of lateness. This fee will be applied to the final balance of your service and it is non-negotiable. We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we ask that you notify us in advance— however, you are still responsible for the late fee. After 15 minutes of lateness, you will need to reschedule your appointment.
For cancellations, please contact us 24 hours in advance. We understand that sometimes unexpected schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we request that you provide notice of your cancellation.
If you are a "no show" you will be prohibited from scheduling any future appointments.
